With effect from 11th March 2013, BIS Salamis (M&I) Limited will change its name to Bilfinger Salamis UK Limited.
In taking this step we more clearly demonstrate that we are part of the strong and internationally renowned Bilfinger Group.
Over the last decade, through organic growth and acquisition, Bilfinger has become a large and diverse Engineering and Services Group. By combining our operating companies in a shared identity, we wish to make available the full strength of Bilfinger to all our customers. The Bilfinger Industrial Services business in the UK has grown impressively since entry was established in 2006 through the acquisition of Salamis Group; sales in 2012 through our three operating companies exceeded £300m, placing the business as the leading provider of industrial services in the UK.
While our name is changing, our legal status, office address and contact details will remain the same. The company’s business remains fundamentally unaffected by this change and all contracts with existing customers will remain unaltered, with corresponding obligations and rights assumed under the new name.
We request that you amend your records to reflect our company name change, and look forward to working with you in 2013.
