From the North
Use A17 then the A47, when onto the southern bypass you require the A1074. Continue on A1074 for about 3 miles and then at the second roundabout just past the Gatehouse pub, turn left along

From the South (Gatwick/ Heathrow/ Stansted)
Use the M11/A11. When you reach the A47, the southern bypass, continue towards the City Centre until you reach the Norwich Ring Road (1.5 miles). Continue on the ring road following signs for the A140 to the airport for about 2.5 miles past Bayer CropScience which is on the lefthand side of the ring road shortly after the turn off to the A47 for Swaffham,

Upon exiting the airport turn left onto the A140 Cromer road.
Follow the Cromer road for approximately two miles until you reach a junction (Bottoms up on your right hand side) where you need to turn right onto

Pass a shell garage on your left hand side and turn left onto Hellesdon Hall Rd at the next set of traffic lights (into the Sweet Briar Industrial estate).
