LSA/NORM monitoring, removal, treatment and disposal
BIS Salamis provides trained and experienced RPS and certified operatives to support clients both offshore and onshore. We have purpose built decontamination chambers, monomunchers and other specialist equipment to safely handle, process and document the removal and disposal process on behalf of the operator.
Enviro-Cap
Our innovative ENVIRO-CAP system allows for the NORM decontamination of well tubulars in offshore locations. In addition to this, all NORM contaminated material removed from well tubulars during decontamination is fully contained on site, providing a more cost effective alternative to existing onshore NORM management facilities.

Cold cutting removal of redundant equipment
We have extensive experience of cold cutting on live installations ranging from the removal of vessels, internals and pipework to the removal of redundant drilling facilities. BIS Salamis use state of the art automated cold cutting equipment and ultra high pressure water cutting techniques.
Non-intrusive processes
Non-intrusive processes can be used to remove solids and remotely clean internal surfaces using a variety of specialist 2D and 3D rotational nozzles which can deliver water controllably at high flow rates and pressures.
Chemical cleaning
BIS Salamis provide specialist chemical cleaning to decontaminate various systems such as tube bundles, hydrocyclone liners, pipes, tubes and vessels. Chemicals are circulated at different temperatures to remove sludge, scale and debris.
Drain flow management
BIS Salamis provides effective solutions for drain flow blockages using chemical treatment through high and low pressure jetting and retro-jetting as well as ultra high pressure jetting.
Pressurised On-Line Solids Removal (POLSR)
POLSR provides live on-line solids removal from pressurised production separator vessels whilst plant is fully operational.
