Training and Competency

We have a dedicated training school focussed on developing the skills of existing crews and training new industry recruits to provide skilled personnel for the future.

Our Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) approved competency system assesses an individual’s competence in the skills required to carry out his or her job.

Training

Our training school plays a key role in the recruitment, training and retention of the next generation of industrial workers.  Courses include Working at Height, Rope Access 1, 2 & 3 and Confined Space Entry.

Competency

Our Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) approved competency program enables us to provide documented evidence of competency for all our personnel be they core crew or ah-hoc.

• Provides reassurance for the client and an internationally recognised qualification for the individual.

• Employees gather evidence of competence within their task profile/s and this is then assessed against industry standards.
